Do you supply the uniforms or just the embroidery?

We provide the embroidery only — you source the garments from your preferred apparel supplier. This keeps you in control of fabric, fit, sizing and cost. Most clients have a regular supplier they like and just need a reliable embroiderer to add the brand.

How do you keep new-staff orders consistent with the originals?

Once we set up your stitch file the first time, we keep it on record. Every reorder — whether it's two extra polos for a new hire or a refresh of the whole team — runs from exactly the same file, so the logo size, placement and stitch density never drift. Most clients just WhatsApp us the new sizes and we slot them into the next production day.

Can you handle large team rollouts?

Yes. We regularly run uniform programmes from 20 pieces up to several hundred. For larger rollouts we'll plan production around your delivery date — let us know your team size and target date and we'll book the time on the floor.

Will the embroidery survive industrial wash cycles?

Yes. Quality embroidery — using polyester thread (Marathon stocks) and the right underlay for the fabric — outlasts the garment itself in commercial laundry. It doesn't fade, peel or crack the way printed branding does.

Can you embroider names and roles alongside the company logo?

Yes. Personalised name tabs, role titles, departmental codes and B-BBEE markings can all be added alongside the main logo. Send us a list of names with the order and we'll set them up.
