How a custom clothing embroidery order works

  1. Brief us. Send a photo of the garment, your logo and a note about placement (left chest, back, sleeve, etc.).
  2. Digitising. If your logo isn't already a stitch file, we digitise it. Read more about logo digitising.
  3. Sample stitch (optional). For first-time logos we'll usually run a sample on a swatch so you can sign it off before we commit to your garments.
  4. Production. Your order goes onto the production floor and gets stitched, checked and folded.
  5. Collection. We message you the moment it's ready. Most customers collect from Kyalami; we can also arrange courier on request.

Do you supply the shirts or do I bring my own?

You supply the garments. We focus purely on the embroidery, which keeps you in control of fabric, colour, sizing and supplier. Most clients buy from their preferred apparel supplier and drop the stock with us once it arrives.

What is the typical turnaround for a custom clothing order?

Most clothing embroidery orders are ready to collect within 5–7 business days from the day we have both your garments and your approved digitised logo on file. Rush turnaround can usually be arranged on smaller batches — message us before placing the brief.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum. We embroider single shirts for individuals all the way through to several-hundred-piece corporate runs. Per-piece pricing stays the same once your logo is digitised — a one-off costs the same per stitch as a bulk order.

Where will the logo be placed on the garment?

Left chest is the standard placement and the most common request. We also embroider larger back placements, sleeves, collars and cuffs — tell us in the brief and we'll quote each placement.

Can I see a sample stitch before you embroider my whole order?

Yes — for first-time logos we'll usually run a sample on a fabric swatch so you can sign it off before we commit a needle to your garments. There's no charge for the swatch sample.
