What the client needed
The agency had outgrown the print-and-iron approach to staff branding. Show-day photos kept showing peeling logos and inconsistent placement across the team — a bad look for a brand that prides itself on a polished frontage. The principal asked us for a uniform programme that would (a) survive the high-mileage wash cycles a sales team puts garments through and (b) make it trivial to onboard new agents into the same kit, even when they joined two or three at a time mid-month.
We ran the agency's wordmark and house mark through our in-house digitising — different stitch files for the chest placement and the sleeve so each one renders crisply at its own size — and locked the file to a left-chest position on every shirt and softshell so the team reads as one crew across the whole show floor. New-agent reorders now take a single WhatsApp message and a sizing list.
