The brief

What the client needed

A cricket club committee member walked in two and a half weeks before the tour bus left, with a club crest, an idea, and an immovable deadline. The club had never run a proper tour-kit programme before — they wanted shirts and matching caps the squad could be proud of for the team photos.

We digitised the crest for both placements (chest size for the shirts, front-panel size for the caps — different files, same visual rendering) and slotted the run into the next production day. The squad got their kit two days before departure, and the club has used the same digitised file every season since for top-ups and player gifts.

“We arrived with a logo and a deadline. We left with a kit the team still wears for every tour photo.”
